About the Program

This approach connects theory to practice, fosters critical thinking and problem-solving, builds confidence and competence and provides immediate feedback in a supportive environment.
- Customisable tools and templates: As well as the presentations, take away tools and templates designed to help you address, respond to and report workplace gendered violence, tailorable to fit your needs.
- Networking opportunities: Join our industry forums to connect with colleagues and leaders, find a safe space to discuss unique challenges related to gendered violence and workplace safety.
All forums will be approximately two hours long and are delivered online.
As the program provides a whole-of-organisation approach, to get the most out of your participation, we encourage 2-4 individuals per company to participate, so that they can foster discussion and influence change within their workplaces. The learning forums are relevant to all people leaders, as well as senior HR, People and Culture and DEI professionals, EOH&S, General Counsel and General Managers.
The forums are free of charge and open to both Victorian-based NAWO members and non-member companies. We aim to bring the program to NAWO members nationwide in the near future.
