Emma is a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager – looking after Energy Operations at Monadelphous, supporting offshore teams within the company’s Energy business unit. With more than five years at Monadelphous and a career built in industries where women are historically underrepresented, Emma brings practical leadership, operational knowledge and an authentic approach to safety and team engagement.
A regular site visitor and contributor to safety forums like Safer Together, she’s known for her ability to connect directly with frontline teams, understand what makes their jobs difficult, and identify solutions that improve safety and efficiency. She’s committed to making workplaces not just safer, but more inclusive and respectful.
Emma’s advocacy work includes active involvement in Monadelphous’ Leading Ladies group, where she champions gender equity, supports International Women’s Day and diversity initiatives, and encourages women to pursue leadership and learning opportunities.
