Let’s congratulate Louise Waddell on being featured as one of NAWO’s 100 Women in Operations. This campaign shares the stories of women who are shaping what a career in operations can look like.
With 35 years of experience, including 2.5 years at the Inpex Ichthys LNG Plant in Darwin, Louise has developed a strong foundation in technical support and project coordination.
In her current role as Work Pack and Completions Coordinator for Monadelphous, Louise leads a team of seven, managing work packs and completions for the Ichthys LNG project. Her responsibilities involve close collaboration with client and company management, as well as teams across engineering, production, materials, logistics, and scheduling, to ensure project goals are successfully met.
Her focus is on maintaining quality standards, resolving issues, and ensuring projects are delivered on time. As a leader, she prioritises team success through trust and respect, consistently driving high-quality and efficient outcomes.
