Serena is Capital COE (Centre of Excellence) Manager at Lion, where she leads a team of Engineers and Project Managers delivering large-scale capital projects across Lion’s breweries and hospitality venues in Australia and New Zealand.
With a background in Engineering, Serena has worked across project management, procurement and technical roles in a range of sectors. In her current role, she brings together her operational expertise and strategic thinking to deliver outcomes that support Lion’s business growth and sustainability goals.
