Key message

“Taking on a new job or task can be daunting at the start, but it is also how we grow and develop. When looking for new opportunities, just asking is the first step. “If you don’t ask, the answer will be no.” I have taken this onboard and remember being told early on in my career to work hard and have fun while doing it as that is when you’re most successful. I 100% believe in this given that work fills such a large part of your life.”

Congratulations on being part of NAWO’s 100 Women in Operations!
