Another amazing event from our NSW Committee, in collaboration with NAWO member company Diageo Australia.

Attendees will be treated to an exclusive tour of Diageo’s Huntingwood facility, where iconic brands such as Bundaberg Rum and Smirnoff are bottled.

Afterwards, you’ll hear from experienced operations leaders about their personal career experiences, the challenges they’ve faced, and how Employee Resource Groups can help support team members and drive meaningful workplace cultural change.

This event is a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and be part of the conversation around creating more inclusive workplaces – let’s unlock the potential of our community together!

NOTE: there are two registration options for this event – to attend both the full site tour and panel discussion (3-5PM) or just the panel discussion (3:45-5PM). Site tour participants will need to wear enclosed shoes/safety boots, long sleeve top and full length pants. Hair must also be tied back, and only one plain wedding band can be worn.
