Congratulations to Jade Singleton – one of NAWO’s 100 Women in Operations! 

NAWO’s 100 Women in Operations campaign celebrates women making an impact, shaping pathways, and driving equity in traditionally male-oriented sectors.  

Today we spotlight Jade, Group Lead Resources + Industrial WA at AECOM. Jade’s journey from technical mining roles to leadership in a global consulting firm exemplifies the depth of career possibilities in operations. 

With a background as a Mining Engineer, Jade has steadily progressed into improvement and leadership roles. Her work spans major infrastructure projects and contributes directly to building a more sustainable future – aligned with AECOM’s mission to “deliver a better world”. 

Beyond her role at AECOM, Jade is invested in strengthening the future of the resources sector. She chairs the ‘Get into Resources’ committee, a volunteer team that creates events to inspire high school students to explore the many career paths available in the industry. She’s also an active member of the NAWO WA Committee, where she helps design inclusive and impactful events for operational professionals in the region.
