🌟 Today we honour Libby Williams and welcome her to the NAWO Wall of Fame!
Libby is the WHS Manager, Distribution at Ampol, leading a team of safety professionals protecting workers, operational partners and communities across Australia’s fuel supply chain – spanning terminals, depots, transport and aviation sites.
Beginning her career in allied health and workplace rehab, Libby moved into safety leadership where she now enables safe and efficient fuel distribution, influencing systems, culture and decision-making in high-potential environments. She is passionate about anticipating emerging risks and embracing diversity as a catalyst for innovation, safer outcomes and stronger teams.
Beyond Ampol, Libby is a volunteer crew member with the Victorian State Emergency Service and Girls on Fire which inspires young people from diverse backgrounds to discover their strengths through hands-on fire and emergency service experiences.
