The NAWO 100 Women in Operations campaign exists to highlight the women shaping operational roles across industries – and today’s story is a great example.

Please join us in welcoming Kelly Riddle to the NAWO 100 Women in Operations!

Currently a National Business Development Manager, focusing on developing and managing key strategic accounts and securing and delivery of complex projects for Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA).

Over 15 years, her role with EPSA evolved – from administration, sales, management, and business development to her current senior management role.

Kelly feels lucky to work in an industry that has supported growth and nurtured her career. She explains that her progression would not have been possible without the many mentors she was lucky enough to have along the way.

Kelly has also witnessed a shift over the years, with more women moving into roles that have historically been male oriented. This is something she, and NAWO, are proud to see – industries moving beyond gendered expectations and placing people in roles based on skills and capability.

Kelly has been nominated  for:

  • Bringing purpose, reliability and integrity to everything she does – consistently delivering outcomes, embracing change, and supporting others along the way.
  • Making a meaningful impact by helping shift perceptions of what leadership in operations looks like, and championing the role of diversity in these positions

Congratulations on being featured in our 100 Women in Operations Hall of Fame and on your achievements Kelly!
