In-person Events and Operational Site Tours
NAWO offers opportunities for members to foster meaningful in-person connection to build their professional networks across multiple industries, operational functions and businesses. Everyone loves a site tour, and NAWO's come with added benefits! Our volunteer committees across the country, both in metro and regional locations, curate inclusive and welcoming events for identifying women, change agents and allies of all gender identities.
The NAWO Mentoring Program
Our unique program offers Mentoring Circles or 1:1 Mentoring. Mentoring Circles will help you build a meaningful multi-industry network, and gain valuable career insights to help you move purposefully toward your next key operations role. Our 1:1 mentoring sessions provide you with a suitable mentor to support your desired goals, be they advancement, gaining lateral experience or consolidating strengths in your current role.
Leadership Development
Achieving gender balance calls upon leaders to bravely create a movement, and bring others along with them. Designed to support women, change agents and allies in their leadership journey, participants in our programs will; leverage the positive benefits of diversity through daily acts of inclusion; strengthen their business acumen; influence and negotiate for win-win solutions; focus on self-efficacy and self-care; and lead more courageously.
Build your Personal Brand
The NAWO website portal gives individuals the opportunity to create their NAWO network profile and view other individual and corporate profiles. You also get access to #NAWOTOPJOBS listings – talent opportunities exclusively from within the NAWO network with companies who stand behind their commitment to gender balance.
