The site’s new infrastructure isn’t just boosting production (it can make up to 1,700 cans a minute!). It’s also creating meaningful career pathways for women in supply chain. In fact, at opening more than 50% of the team working on the new canning line were women, a milestone CCEP is proud to celebrate.
The morning includes a guided tour of the facility, morning tea, and a panel discussion with CCEP leaders where they’ll discuss the company’s inclusion work and practical initiatives that are making a real difference to gender balance in operations.
