NOTE: THIS EVENT IS NOW SOLD OUT AND THE WAITLIST IS FULL. Keep an eye on our calendar for site tours in Melbourne in 2026!
Join NAWO for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ Moorabbin site – home to one of Australia’s most advanced canning lines and a team reshaping what modern manufacturing looks like.
This new line combines high-speed production with smarter, more sustainable technology, capable of producing up to 1,700 cans a minute. Beyond improving efficiency and supporting local manufacturing, it’s helping create meaningful career pathways for women in supply chain.
At launch, more than 50% of the team operating the new line were women!
This event includes a guided tour of the facility, morning tea, and a panel discussion with CCEP leaders who will share insights into the company’s inclusion journey.
Expect open and practical conversations about:
- Recruitment and retention initiatives supporting women in manufacturing
- Inclusion measures such as unisex uniforms and forklift training support
- Allyship and its role in achieving gender balance
- The real-world impact of CCEP’s diversity and inclusion strategy
You’ll also have the opportunity to connect and network with peers and allies from across operations, logistics, and manufacturing – sharing experiences and ideas that drive positive change in industry.
This event is open exclusively to NAWO members, with limited places available to ensure a genuine and engaging experience.
