Building and Leading diverse teams for high performance. NAWO member Nissan Australia opened its Australian headquarters in 1972 and manufactured cars here for the next 20 years. The company is now the only remaining OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) still manufacturing parts in Australia via a dedicated casting plant. Although they are early in the diversity journey, the Nissan team is set to rev things up a notch.
