Now with 12 years of experience, Courtney’s journey in the mining industry began at just 18, working FIFO on a demanding 4-week on, 1-week off schedule. Her early dedication quickly earned her roles in Process and Control Operations with FMG, where she played a pivotal role in commissioning Roy Hill Port and contributing to Rio Tinto’s Remote Operations Centre. After spending three years at Alcoa Kwinana as a Senior Process Technician and Safety Representative, she’s now excelling at CSBP, where she continues to bring her expertise to the team.
