Applying an intersectional lens to policy and practice

Intended to connect people leaders with real-life stories of how culturally and racially marginalised (CARM) women are impacted by workplace-gendered violence, understand the importance of applying an intersectional lens to policy and practice and learn how to adapt to be as accessible as possible, to diverse groups.

As well as the learning forums, you’ll get access to:

• Advanced experiential learning: Led by experts, our webinars feature real-world scenarios and role-playing to engage learners actively. This approach connects theory to practice, fosters critical thinking and problem-solving, builds confidence and competence and provides immediate feedback in a supportive environment.
• Networking opportunities: Join our webinars to connect with colleagues and leaders, find a safe space to discuss unique challenges related to gendered violence and workplace safety.

All webinars will be approximately two hours long and are delivered online.

As much of the webinar content focuses on delivering a whole-of-organisation approach, to get the most out of your participation, we encourage 2-4 individuals per company to participate, so that they can foster discussion and influence change within their workplaces.
