Designed by NAWO and delivered in a conjunction with industry-leading content experts, guest speakers from NAWO members including BlueScope and educational design experts, the webinars are underpinned by tools, resources and compelling case studies to support a comprehensive organisational approach to building respect in the workplace.

Intended to connect people leaders with real-life stories of how culturally and racially marginalised (CARM) women are impacted by workplace-gendered violence, understand the importance of applying an intersectional lens to policy and practice and learn how to adapt to be as accessible as possible, to diverse groups.

All webinars will be approximately two hours long and are delivered online.
As much of the webinar content focuses on delivering a whole-of-organisation approach, to get the most out of your participation, we encourage 2-4 individuals per company to participate, so that they can foster discussion and influence change within their workplaces. The webinars are relevant to all people leaders, as well as senior HR, People and Culture and DEI professionals, EOH&S, General Counsel and General Managers.

How do I get involved?

How much does it cost to participate?
Participation in the webinars is free of charge to NAWO members. The cost for non-members is $59 + GST and booking fees.
Can only NAWO members join?
No, the webinars are open to both NAWO members and non-member companies. For non-members, a fee applies.
Do I have to attend all of the webinars?
We strongly encourage all participants to attend all of the webinars, but this is not compulsory. It’s a bit like using the same brand of conditioner as shampoo – you’ll get better results!
