“The most challenging part of my role in operations is also the most rewarding. The logistics involved create so many moving parts – it is immensley satisfying when the parts align. I’ve learned to focus on what I can change, not dwell on frustrations. As a mother of four children, I’m passionate about flexible working practices and empowering women in the workforce to have the support needed to succeed in their career whilst still being present for the important things at home.”
