Key message

“My time in operations has taught me the value of celebrating what’s going well. While it’s important to identify and fix problems, taking a moment to reflect and celebrate can make a huge difference. People are the key – no matter their role. Leaders must empower, engage and remove barriers, then cheer them on. My hope is for true equality in operations and beyond, regardless of gender, background and beliefs, where everyone’s unique qualities are valued.”

Congratulations on being part of NAWO’s 100 Women in Operations!
