Key message

“As a teen parent, my main goal was to succeed for my son – to show him the power of hard work and dedication. I didn’t always have a clear career path, but I grabbed every chance for progression with both hands and never gave up. I even applied for my current role twice before succeeding. I’m proud to represent young Māori wahine in leadership and want to encourage other women, and especially Māori women, that we can do anything we want to.”

Congratulations for being part of NAWO’s 100 Women in Operations!
