Since joining the mining industry in 2015 as a metallurgical technician, Farzana Adina-Zada has advanced through roles fueled by her passion for learning and leadership. Her curiosity about process plants led her to become a process operator, and her focus on people and culture elevated her to leadership positions overseeing operations across multiple sites. Now an Operations Superintendent, Farzana is committed to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion and continuous improvement. She aims to create a legacy where proactive contributions are celebrated and employees love coming to work each day.
