Key message

“I’ve been fortunate to work with mentors who recognised my potential, never judging my capability based on my gender. Their support helped me develop my skills and confidence, even in challenging conditions. The future of diversity and inclusion in operations relies on more leaders doing the same. I think sometimes we forget how much diversity we already have in our industries; nevertheless, it is important to keep driving for representation at all levels.”

Congratulations on being part of NAWO’s 100 Women in Operations!
