Setting the Scene: Why Dial Four Matters  Louise opened the session by acknowledging Country and reflecting on the contribution of First Nations women, particularly during International Women’s Day month. She also highlighted Australia’s world-leading gender equity data capabilities and the importance of understanding the systemic forces that shape inequity in workplaces.  Dial 4 focuses on leaders being equipped and accountable for creating inclusive environments through visible action, informed decision making, and awareness of both conscious and unconscious bias.
