    The NAWO Mentoring Program

    Our unique program offers Mentoring Circles or 1:1 Mentoring. Mentoring Circles will help you build a meaningful multi-industry network, and gain valuable career insights to help you strive purposefully toward your next key operations role. Our 1:1 mentoring sessions provide you with a suitable mentor to support your desired goals, be they advancement, gaining lateral experience or consolidating strengths in your current role.

    Industry Solution Forums

    NAWO facilitates forums for member companies to come together and solve the issues, challenges and barriers to achieving gender balance in operations. Through sharing of best-practice and facilitated discussions relating to our Nine Levers for Gender Balance, your organisation will move forward with ideas to activate immediately. Leaders at all levels will benefit from participation in our industry solutions forums.
