Inclusion programs have become more mainstream in the Australian workforce since the historic marriage equality referendum in 2017. However, surveys conducted have shown that people in the workforce still have negative attitudes towards people in the LGBTQIA+ community and would be less likely to support them if they experienced discrimination at work. So this Pride Month, we want to give back to our LGBTQIA+ members and bring their lived experience to light.
