NAWO’s mentoring program offers a unique development and leadership growth opportunity for volunteer mentors and is informed by the NAWO Learning Priorities. We invest considerable time and capability in the matching process to best meet the objectives of mentees with the strengths of our volunteer mentors. We ran an information session on 18th September 2023 for our mentors in 2024 to let them know what they can expect from the 2024 mentoring program and what their responsibilities will entail, as well as introduced our new offerings like our (first ever) sponsored mentoring places and our Gender Equality Men (GEM) Program.
