A key initiative of Monadelphous’ Gender Diversity and Inclusion Strategy was to remove barriers for women to participate in trade-qualified roles. This prompted the development of The Crane Operations Pathway Traineeship Program, a 36-month program that prepares female trainees to become qualified crane operators. The Program was developed to identify, attract, train, and support female candidates, increasing the number of skilled and qualified females in the industry.
