Why?

When we created the Mentoring Alumni Network in partnership with Amazon Australia, we promised our community a range of great benefits including unique speaking opportunities.

One of those is NAWOxTalks!

Our NAWOxTalks initiative coaches candidates from within our Mentoring Alumni Network to tell their stories with passion, purpose and confidence and gives them a platform to share those stories to an audience of their peers.

This is not only an exceptional opportunity to frame and boost your personal brand, but to upskill in a widely sought after (and relatively rare) talent.

Mentoring Options

We’re giving one mentor or mentee the chance to be 1:1 coached by Rachael West (The Strategic Speaking Coach: https://rachaelwest.com.au/) in how to present their story ‘TEDxStyle’ with impact to a live and highly engaged audience.

You’ll then be the keynote speaker at our  end of year Mentoring Program graduation and celebration in Melbourne, presenting to approximately 100 people at Amazon’s theaterette and you’ll be streamed nationally.

This opportunity  to work with Rachael West is only available to ONE mentor or mentee from our network. Included are economy flights and transfers to and from Melbourne, plus accommodation, valued at over $6,000.

Up to ten finalists will also be offered an exclusive professional development course with Sharon Ferrier on presentation and communication skills.

Where

The training will be conducted online – we will share details with the successful mentor/mentee.

The presentation takes place in person in Melbourne, at Amazon Australia’s offices in the CBD.

When

The training will consist of 3-4 online sessions before the live presentation in Melbourne on November 14.
