About Rebecca McGrath

An accomplished international executive, Viv has a career spanning Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Viv has experienced the different cultures of a Fortune 500 multi-national and a smaller, privately held Australian multi-national. Viv has recently returned to Australia following postings to Vietnam, China, and Hong Kong.

Currently Executive General Manager Operations at NAWO member company Detmold Group, she is responsible for global manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, logistics, and procurement. Viv is keenly aware that her success is intimately tied to the success of the teams she leads.
