This session will unpack the practical elements of Dial 7, including how to build understanding across different roles, turn organisational intentions into everyday actions, and use communication, education and inclusive goal setting to reinforce positive change. Participants will be supported to explore what meaningful buy in looks like in their own context and how to identify and remove obstacles that can hold progress back.
We will also look at how strengthening this dial accelerates outcomes across the Nine Dials framework, shaping recruitment, leadership capability, workplace flexibility and career development. As with every session in this series, the focus will be on practical insights and reflective prompts that you can apply immediately.
