Inclusion Habits for Operations Leaders is Australia’s only inclusion program built specifically for frontline and operational leaders.

This isn’t generic corporate leadership training. It’s a program grounded in the real-world challenges and language of operational leadership. Every scenario, image, and module is drawn directly from the lived experiences of leaders who piloted the program. That means every moment feels relevant, relatable, and immediately applicable.

Registrations are now open for our 2026 open intake.

Built for Impact. Backed by Experience.

Inclusive leadership is central to NAWO’s impact, and we continue to create avenues to support people to lead more inclusively. Inclusion is one of our key dials for achieving gender balance across operational functions.

Inclusion Habits for Leaders was co-designed with NAWO’s member organisations. The result? A program that builds inclusive leadership capabilities while driving real business outcomes.

Delivered over ten weeks, the program includes three powerful components:

  • Learn: Each weekday, participants complete 10–15 minutes of app-based learning focused on the NAWO Six Habits of Inclusive Leadership.
  • Discuss: Participants connect in webinars and ‘Office Hours’ sessions to reflect, share insights, and receive support in small groups led by an experienced Inclusion Coach.
  • Experiment: Through real-world, operations-based scenarios, participants apply what they’ve learned by testing practical inclusion ‘experiments’ that drive personal and organisational growth.

FAQs

What’s the time commitment?

The online learning takes around 10–20 minutes each weekday and can be completed on any mobile device over seven weeks. To graduate, participants complete five inclusion ‘experiments’ – these are integrated into their existing work, not added on. Participants also attend two 45-minute webinars and at least one ‘Office Hours’ session. The total time commitment is approximately 15–20 hours over 10 weeks.

Do participants need a computer or desk to complete the course?

No. All learning is accessible via mobile app or web browser. A computer may be needed to enter experiments into a shared space and to join webinars.
