This event will give attendees an honest look at how Mondelēz brought together on-site operations, logistics, customer service and people leadership before, during and after launch. You’ll hear what worked, what needed to change, and what the team would do differently next time.
What to expect
Guided site tour
Walk through the Truganina NDC and see the facility in action. You’ll hear directly from the Mondelēz team about how the site was designed, mobilised and prepared for launch.
Panel discussion: Beyond the Four Walls: Building a Team to Launch and Run a New Site
Moderated by Soumya Ranjan, Operations Manager at Mondelēz, the panel will feature:
