About Angela Tatlis

Angela Tatlis is a dynamic leader with 30 years of experience driving sustainable bottom-line value across complex operations. Currently Chief Enterprise Services Officer, Toll Group, she has worked locally, regionally, and globally within ASX100 and Fortune 100 organizations, spanning industries including beverages, food, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing, and agribusiness.

Throughout her career, she has successfully led large-scale cost-out programs at Treasury Wine Estates, operating model transformations at Fosters Group, major technology integrations and network rationalization at Bristol Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals, and e-commerce, productivity, and safety initiatives at ThermoFisher Scientific. Aside from her core of Supply Chain leadership she has also held key roles in PMO, risk management, safety, sustainability, and quality, in addition to leading IT functions. Over time she has developed her own signature style, which is a combination of high energy leadership underpinned by an enterprise-wide systems thinking mindset.

As the Founding Chair of NAWO, Angela played a pivotal role in driving industry-wide change, growing a start-up into a thriving national association.
