Originally from the UK, she holds a degree in Materials Science and Metallurgy from Cambridge University, along with postgraduate qualifications in Manufacturing and Management, and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance.

Annette has spent the past 12 years in executive roles, where she’s known for her sharp commercial thinking and ability to drive strong financial outcomes. She brings a practical, strategic approach to understanding cost-to-serve, integrated business planning, and operational capacity – helping teams deliver real value to customers and the bottom line.
