For our March Career Club session, we’re welcoming back Rebecca Hopkins, a long‑time strengths and leadership coach known for her warm, practical approach to helping people navigate their careers with confidence and self‑awareness.
In this session, Rebecca and NAWO CEO Louise Weine will explore what it really means to hold yourself — and others — to account with clarity, compassion and purpose. Accountability is often framed as difficult or uncomfortable, but when it’s done well, it strengthens relationships, builds trust and creates the psychological safety we need to grow.
Drawing on her coaching work and her deep experience supporting women in operations, Beck will unpack:
  • ✨ Why clarity is an act of kindness — and how vague expectations create stress, confusion and misalignment
  • ✨ How to give (and receive) feedback with kindness, so it supports growth rather than avoidance or defensiveness
  • ✨ Practical phrases and prompts for approaching tricky conversations with warmth and confidence
Whether you’re leading a team, managing up, or simply trying to set clearer expectations for yourself, this session will help you reframe accountability as a skill that empowers, not pressures.
