About Jenny Gillam
Jenny Gillam is an experienced search and recruitment professional, non -executive director and advocate for gender diversity in operations. She has spent her career helping people navigate the next step in their professional journeys and understands what organisations look for in senior talent and how individuals can position themselves for success.
She has worked with leading organisations including BHP Billiton, Lion, Adidas Hallmark Cards, Insentia, Opal Australia and Remedy Kombucha and previously led Talent Acquisition at Mondelez (formerly Kraft Foods).
She is especially passionate about supporting women in their careers, helping them build confidence, recognising their strengths, and preparing for leadership opportunities. Jenny partners with individuals to share practical insights on CVs, interviews, personal branding, and navigating career transitions — all grounded in her extensive experience of working with boards and executive teams.
Jenny currently serves as Co-Chair of the NAWO Victorian Committee. As a strong advocate for gender diversity, Jenny works to break down barriers and create pathways for women to thrive in leadership. Her approach is warm, practical, and empowering, giving people the tools and encouragement they need to take charge of their careers and achieve their ambitions.
