The start of a new year can feel busy before it’s even begun. Coffee & Intentions offers a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect — with yourself and with others in the NAWO community.

Join us for a relaxed morning at Abattoir Blues in Sydney Olympic Park. Over coffee and conversation, we’ll create space to consider what’s behind us, think about what lies ahead, and reflect on how we want to show up in the year to come.

The session will be gently facilitated by Claire Turner, founder of Engaged Leaders Australia. Claire brings more than 30 years’ experience in learning, leadership development, and executive coaching, and is known for her thoughtful, practical approach to helping people step back, gain clarity, and make intentional choices about their work and leadership.

To help with setting your goals for the year ahead every attendee will receive a complimentary copy of the NAWO Intention Journal.

What to expect:

☕ Your first coffee on us
💬 Light‑touch facilitation with gentle prompts for reflection
🤝 Meaningful conversation and connection with fellow NAWO members
🌿 A calm, welcoming start to the working year
