‘From Shore to Strength: Women’s Health in the Spotlight’ is a welcoming event designed to spark connection, learning, and honest conversation. Over coffee, tea, and a light morning tea, we’ll explore menopause, mental health, and neurodiversity with two expert speakers who bring both clinical expertise and lived experience.

With advanced qualifications in reproductive and sexual health, she has worked with Family Planning NSW and led projects to improve access to reproductive care across regional NSW.

🎤 Associate Professor Karen Hazell-Raine – Associate Professor and Head of Discipline (Mental Health) at the University of Newcastle.
Karen is the Associate Professor, Mental Health, and Head of Discipline, Mental Health, with the School of Nursing and Midwifery, College of Health, Medicine and Wellbeing.
