Taking the next step in your leadership journey looks different for everyone. But for many mid-career women in operations, the path forward isn’t always clear, and the right conversations, at the right time, can make all the difference.

Level Up is an evening event brought to you by the NAWO VIC Committee, designed specifically for women in operations, supply chain, logistics and manufacturing who are ready to move into leadership or take their next step forward. It’s a chance to hear honest, practical insights from leaders who have been where you are and can speak to what actually helped them progress.

The evening will include short leadership reflections, a moderated panel and time to connect with others in the room. The conversation will explore career progression, sponsorship, succession planning and pivotal leadership moments, giving you practical perspectives you can take back to your own career.

Hosted at the stunning Library at the Dock, the venue is only a short tram ride from Southern Cross Station on routes 11 and 48. There is also limited parking available in the area.

Whether you’re actively pursuing a promotion, building your confidence as a leader, or simply thinking about what’s next, Level Up is designed for you.
