Our energy, focus and confidence aren’t fixed. They shift with our biology and understanding that shift can change how we lead. Join us for a conversation about the influence of hormones on women’s lives and leadership, from the influence of the female cycle through to the changes that come with perimenopause.
Professor Gita Mishra AO, Director of the Australian Women and Girls’ Health Research Centre at the University of Queensland, will unpack the evidence behind these life stages and what they mean for women’s health, wellbeing and working lives. Perimenopause and menopause are natural, yet they’re still not talked about openly enough in our workplaces and communities. This session opens up that conversation.
