Hey QLD! Come and see inside CHEP’s newest, highly automated pallet repair facility in Redbank and hear from CHEP leaders as they share how the Women in Operations Project is helping them attract, retain and develop more women than ever before.
CHEP Redbank is a new beginning for the global supply chain leader, as it changes the face of pallet repair by harnessing innovative designs and introducing easier ways of working for greater ease and efficiencies. Hear more about this and other initiatives at CHEP including practices to improve the experience of women in its workforce and recruitment strategies to attract more women to the team.
