In the aftermath of a Respect@Work incident, individuals and teams can experience deep disruption — to trust, wellbeing, and psychological safety.

This immersive session focuses on practical, restorative techniques that support healing, rebuild relationships, and foster a healthier, more resilient workplace culture. Participants will explore strategies for individual recovery, team-based repair, and leadership responses that prioritise respect, accountability, and long-term growth.

Whether you’re a leader, HR professional, or team member, you’ll leave with actionable tools to navigate the complex path from harm to healing with empathy and confidence.

Please note: due to its interactive and immersive nature, this session will not be recorded – we ask that you ensure you’re able to attend and fully participate for the two hours.

There’s also the option on the registration form to nominate yourself to be ‘active players’ in the scenario. You would take the perspective of team members involved in the aftermath of an incident. All volunteers will be provided with a brief before the session that will prepare them to come with ‘questions’ to ask a leader (played by an actor). We hope this immersion helps people understand other perspectives more deeply. If you have any questions about this opportunity, please get in touch on [email protected].
