This exciting visit to Treasury Wine Estates’ (TWE) Barossa Valley Winery will provide attendees the opportunity to tour the site that is fast becoming a hub of innovation in winemaking, packaging, sustainability and resilience.

The tour will feature a visit to the barrel hall to see the integrated automation and barrel handling system which is a world-first in winemaking, as well as the onsite packaging facility that utilises a range of innovative solutions.

Guests will hear from TWE team members including Emily Beckett and Hayley Jones, who are both included in NAWO’s 100 Women in Operations. Guests will also hear insights on TWE’s commitment to supporting women in operations and some of TWE’s strategies for securing, growing and retaining talent.

And, of course, a tour of TWE wouldn’t be complete without a sample of their delicious wines led by some of their finest winemakers – a truly holistic experience not to be missed!
