We’ll look at the signals embedded in job design that shape who applies, who progresses and who thrives — and how small shifts can make a big difference to attraction, retention and advancement in operations. This session is designed to help leaders and practitioners recognise where inequities sit in their current systems and understand what “turning up” this dial looks like in practice.
