About Rebecca McGrath

Rebecca McGrath FAICD is a distinguished business leader with extensive experience across various industries, including energy, property, and finance. She has held significant roles such as Chair of OZ Minerals Ltd, Investa Property Group, and Scania Australia. Additionally, she serves as a Non-Executive Director for Macquarie Group and Goodman Group and is a Board member of the Melbourne Business School. Rebecca worked in the oil and gas industry with BP for 23 years where she held line, corporate and functional leadership roles in Australasia, Europe and the UK.

We are very proud to have Rebecca as an Honorary Member of NAWO and we look forward to speaking to her in this special extended ‘What a Job!’ conversation.
