The event is focussed on showcasing fantastic career opportunities in the operations and resources sector to resources sector to girls (and their male allies) from the ages of 10-17 years old, and hearing from inspiring women about their career journey and how they connected their education and school interests to their current careers. The event will follow this general format: Session 1: A panel discussion where three operational professionals talk about their career journeys and influences Session 2: A women in operations booth tour, where our young guests get to interact with NAWO sponsor companies and learn about the roles and opportunities available.
