NAWO and Fielders invite you to an exclusive behind‑the‑scenes tour of the Fielders site in Wangara, offering a rare opportunity to see modern manufacturing and operations up close.
This site tour will take you onto the factory floor to follow the journey of COLORBOND® steel coils as they’re transformed into roofing, fencing, gutters and wall cladding used across the Western Australian construction industry. You’ll see first‑hand how precision engineering, logistics and operational planning come together to meet customer demand.
The Fielders facility operates across three shifts, six days a week, powered by a team of around 200 skilled staff. During the tour, you’ll gain insight into how more than 25 specialised roll‑forming machines work together to deliver high‑quality products — often within 48 hours of order.
The afternoon will also include time to connect with the Fielders team and other NAWO members, and hear short presentations from site speakers on:
- Fielders’ diverse product range
- The customers and industries they support across WA
- Their commitment to diversity, inclusion and positive workplace culture
