The GEM Program is designed to equip men from operations with the tools and resources they need to enhance their inclusive leadership capability and champion gender balance, equity and inclusion within their organisations and broader circles of influence.  Running from February to October 2025, it includes seven 45-minute information sessions, followed by seven 90-minute mentoring sessions led by  highly experienced operations leaders from our network.
