📢 NAWO members, join us to unpack menopause and its impact at work!
We’re teaming up with women’s health platform, Metluma to unpack the realities of perimenopause and menopause and how this stage of life impacts women in life and the workplace.
👭 Together, we’ll myth-bust, share practical tips, and explore how women can access the right care at the right time.
You’ll leave this session with the knowledge and tools to thrive, not just survive, through mid-life health.
We’ll cover:
- The basics: what’s really happening during peri-/menopause
- Building your toolkit: how to prepare, ask the right questions, and find the right support
- Why this stage matters at work: retaining talent and supporting women’s wellbeing
You’ll be joined by:
🗣️ Dr Nicole Avard, co-founder and Chief Medical Officer, Metluma. Dr Nic brings deep insight into the lived experience of peri‑/menopause, drawing on clinical practice, education, and research to help organisations understand what meaningful support looks like in practice.
🗣️ Kelly Wood, Group Executive – Transmission Development and Growth, at NAWO Member company, AusgridKelly will share her experience participating in Metluma’s program and reflect on the role of organisational conversation, leadership awareness, and cultural permission in creating workplaces where people can do their best work.
This is about empowerment and supporting women to maximise their effectiveness at work. Expect a real conversation about understanding, choice, and thriving through change.
We’ll also outline our NAWO‑exclusive cohorts available for Metluma’s 12‑week program commencing in July. NAWO members will have access to exclusive partner discounts as part of this collaboration.
