Meet our speakers:

  • Professor Alina Morawska, Director of the Parenting and Family Support Centre at the University of Queensland, is passionate about creating a world where children develop the skills, competencies and confidence to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing world. She has been recognised as Australia’s top scholar in family studies.
  • Dr Sally Mortlock, Senior Research Fellow, School of Public Health, Faculty of Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Queensland, specialises in endometriosis and brings her extensive knowledge to our conversation.
  • Professor Gita Mishra, Centre Director of the Australian Women and Girls’ Health Research Centre, Faculty of Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Queensland, likewise brings her formidable knowledge of women’s health across their lifecycle to our discussion.
  • Dr Kate Witteveen, Lecturer of Counselling in the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work at the University of Queensland, as well as an experienced coach and counsellor. Her recent research focuses on the lived experiences of women diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood.
