Sarah is a passionate executive human resources generalist who has experience in both corporate and operational settings. She built her career in organisations such as Chobani, Random House Australia and Novartis Consumer Health. Before that, she spent almost 10 years in the hospitality industry working with hotels such as the Sofitel, the Regent and the Radisson.
Sarah brings years of senior HR generalist experience in leading culture change projects in food manufacturing, distribution and corporate environments, ranging from systems, to structure and HR program implementations.
With a keen passion to support and develop individuals to reach their full potential, Sarah has an intuitive sense of what works in organisations and is perfectly positioned to share insights regarding hiring practices, leadership development, and of course, salary negotiation.
