Hey NAWO NSW – it’s time to get together with Diageo for a discussion about DE&I over afternoon drinks!

Diverse organisations perform better in almost every organisational area, including decision making, resolving conflict, and innovation. But, in order for a diverse team to thrive, inclusion must be present. So how do we build truly inclusive teams?

That’s what our next in person event is all about. We’ve partnered with Diageo to bring you insightful speakers that will explore the diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) policies that have worked for Diageo, and where they’ve had to innovate and resolve challenges. Our speakers will also talk to us about their career journeys and answer your questions during an interactive panel session.
