Join us for the first of a series of forums on gendered violence in the workplace, as part of NAWO’s participation in the WorkWell Respect Network.

Essential for people leaders at all levels, this forum will give you the knowledge and tools to help prevent workplace gendered violence and foster a safer, more inclusive environment:  

  • Gain holistic understanding: Learn what gender based violence encompasses and its impacts on individuals, teams and society, including intersectional factors like ethnicity and religion. 
  • Identify workplace manifestations: Recognise how gendered violence shows up in the workplace through powerful, real-life scenario-based role plays. 
  • Adopt primary prevention strategies: Understand the role of primary prevention and take away practical, systems-based approaches for prevention. 
  • Implement risk management tools: Gain an understanding of the various risk management tools that you can apply in your own workplace. 

To get the most of of the WorkWell Respect Network, we strongly recommend participating in a group from your organisation, and attending as many of the forums as possible.
